PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
For hiring a company for the production and recording of a video podcast
The Association Initiative for Women’s Rights from Šuto Orizari has announced a call for proposals from legal entities (recording studios, agencies and other companies offering audio-visual production services) for the realization of a video podcast within the framework of the project “Social Entrepreneurship for Young Roma Women (ROMANSE)”, supported by the EU for civil society and media organizations in the Republic of North Macedonia.
Subject of the procurement
Service providers undertake to provide the following services:
- Podcast production
Recording of one (1) video podcast for the ROMANSE project
Duration of the episode approximately 1 (one) hour
Provision of professional recording equipment (cameras, lighting and microphones)
Editing and post-production of each episode
- Short videos for social networks of the ROMANSE project
- (two) reels/highlight videos from the episode
Features of the podcast
- Duration: approximately 60 minutes;
- Format: video podcast;
- The location of the recording will be agreed with the selected bidder;
- The term for recording will be determined in an agreement with the client.
Selection criteria
Preference will be given to bidders who:
- Have experience in recording podcasts, interviews or video productions;
- Submit a portfolio of previously completed projects;
- Offer the most favorable financial offer in terms of service quality.
